Before You Enroll

Do I need to already be using Hostaway?

No. We can set it up from scratch as part of the package. If you're already on Hostaway and it's not configured well, we'll audit and rebuild it. If you're on a different PMS, we'll discuss whether Hostaway makes sense or adapt to your current tool.

How long does everything take to complete?

Most hosts are fully implemented within 2–3 weeks. SOPs, templates, and the customer journey come first (within the first week), followed by Hostaway setup and channel configuration. The Concierge Corner is usually the final piece

Is this done for you or do I do the work?

Mostly done-for-you with your input. We build everything, but we'll need details about your property, current setup, and preferences to make it specific to you. Think of it as a close collaboration where the heavy lifting is on our side.

I only have 1 property. Is this worth it?

Absolutely. One property is actually the perfect time to build the right systems — before bad habits are baked into a multi-property operation. Hosts who systemize early scale faster, with fewer headaches, at better margins.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

That's exactly why we do the implementation for you. You don't need to understand how Hostaway's automation engine works — we configure it, test it, and hand you something that runs. The SOPs are written in plain language anyone can follow.

How is this different from a course or template pack?

Courses give you knowledge. Template packs give you generic starting points. This gives you a completed operating system built for your properties. We're not teaching you how to build it — we're building it with you.
