For ongoing subscriptions, payments will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

All NexAI Dynamics services are delivered electronically via our website or platform. Upon successful payment, Users will receive immediate or near-immediate access to their subscription-based services, along with login credentials and onboarding instructions via email.
If your service includes onboarding support or activation steps, these will be initiated promptly after payment confirmation.
We are not liable for any delivery delays resulting from circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Internet outages or service interruptions
Payment verification delays
Errors caused by inaccurate account or contact information provided by the User
Issues related to third-party service integrations (e.g., social media APIs)
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection, valid login credentials, and access to any required third-party accounts necessary for full service functionality.

Upon cancellation or termination, your access to the Services and any data stored in your account may be permanently deleted, in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
